Japan Missions Trip: In July, 2017, we went to Japan to serve alongside faithful servants Tim and Kim Melton who serve as Missionaries under Baptist World Mission in Nagoya, Japan. They have a Japanese speaking church called Calvary Baptist Church and an English speaking ministry called Nagoya International Baptist Church. Eight from Heritage went on this trip: Edgar Londono, Caleb Lyons, Jonirose Dino, Yen Jung, Chara Lyons, Kristy Sapolis, Christie Villalon, and Pastor Matt. We were involved in door to door literature distribution, a friend party fellowship, a children’s ministry, working at a camp to prepare it for upcoming campers, and worked to support Tim and Kim Melton in their ministry by painting a deck and organizing their storage shed.
