Dear Commissioner Goodell,

This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a letter to the NFL corporate office.

I have been an avid football fan my entire life, and I thoroughly enjoyed the recent Super Bowl game.

I cannot say the same thing for the Super Bowl halftime show. The NFL should apologize to its fans, to parents, and to young people across the nation.

It was a terrible display that degraded and objectified women. It was a sex show totally inappropriate for anyone, much less the young people of our nation such as those who ran onto the field before the coin toss. This is exactly what we do not want our young girls to be: pole dancers offering their bodies to those around them. This is exactly what we do not want our young men to be looking upon. If you want to raise another generation of Jeffrey Epstein’s then this is what you want to show them, but this should be the very last thing we would ever want to do.

Please apologize.

Kind Regards,
