MISSION TRIPS
Japan
Palawan
Southern Palawan, Philippines: In August, 2015, we served alongside Pastor Jethro and Jane Malacao who labor for the Lord in Brooke’s Point Bible Church. We held revival meetings in each of their six church plants. After these meetings we then had a Missionary Conference for these church plants to attend along with their leaders to challenge them toward becoming indigenous as well as reaching further up into the unreached mountainous areas in Southern Palawan.
Ireland
Ireland Missions Trip: In 2009, the Lord sent us to work with Les and Jenny Hill and their family. They serve the Lord in Gospel Baptist Church in Lucan Village, a city outside of Dublin. We led their Holiday Bible Club and saw many children come to this outreach. The closing night some parents also came and we rejoiced in the goodness of God.
Russia
Russia Missions Trip: In 2011, we were sent to St. Petersburg, Russia to work alongside our missionaries who serve there. Our main ministry was to serve Christ in a Russian orphanage for one week. While sleeping in the orphanage, we led the entire program teaching stories, playing games, and having group times with the children of all ages. We closed the week with a program and had a wonderful time celebrating Christ with the children and staff of the entire orphanage.
Brazil
Brazil Missions Trip: In 2007, God led us to work alongside Jonathan and Patty Hutchins who serve in Porto Alegre, Brazil. We surveyed areas with Jonathan as he planned on planting a church, and we assisted other missionaries in various activities of evangelism, Bible clubs, preaching, singing, and sharing testimonies. Since our trip the Hutchins have started a church in the area that was only a vision and dream when we were with them.
Haiti
Haiti Missions Trip: After Haiti was hit with a horrific earthquake, in 2010 the Lord led us to work with Mission for Haiti and Pastor Cherubin of Hosanna Baptist Church in Jacmel, Haiti. The women of our group held medical clinics and Bible Clubs while the men worked to build a home for the one of the deacons of the church.
