Pastor Carmine was born and raised in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. A few years after his salvation he began attending Heritage during its first few months of existence in 1996. As he became involved in ministry the church called him to be a deacon in 1998. He served well as a deacon teaching in Sunday School, Adult Bible Fellowship, leading Prayer Fellowships, ministering at the Heritage of Faith Radio Program, overseeing the finances, and going on mission trips. The church called him to be a pastor in June, 2014.
Pastor Carmine served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves from July 1989 to February 1997. He has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer working for a consulting engineering company in NYC.Raul Cordero

He has served on different Missions trips including Porto Alegre, Brasil in June 2008, Saint Petersburg, Russia in July 2011, and Nagoya, Japan in 2017. He has also been involved at church as a teacher for the Adult Bible Fellowship, with the VBT, in the music ministry, and served as a Deacon in previous years.
Edgar has been married to Ana since 1990. Together they have two daughters, Jannina and Shannon. Ana serves as a teacher of the Woman’s Bible Fellowship, a teacher for the children, and is also involved in the music ministry. Professionally Edgar works as a Building Resident Manager for a residential building in SOHO, New York since 1987.
